The Parish Council has temporarily moved it’s meetings online via Zoom Videoconferencing, however you can still participate if you have any matters you wish to have discussed at the meeting.
The Parish Clerk notes:
Members of the public are welcome to submit a written question to the Clerk, this will presented and addressed at the Meeting. If a member of the public wishes to address the meeting remotely using Zoom technology they can contact the Clerk in advance of the meeting and receive a formal invite and log in code.
You can contact the clerk at [email protected]
Meetings are usually held on the first Monday of each month at 7pm. Therefore the next meeting is Monday 1st June 2020.
What About Hunts Grove Parish Council?
Elections for Hunts Grove Parish Council (HGPC) were postponed in May due to the COVID-19 pandemic and will now take place in May 2021. In the meantime, HGPC is formed with a team of parish councillors with control and oversight by District Councillors and Stroud District Council. Whilst formed, it remains dormant until further clarification from central government. It’s likely to remain this way until elections. There are currently three parish councillors at Hardwicke Parish Council that are residents of Hunts Grove, therefore representation of Hunts Grove will remain within Hardwicke Parish until further notice. We will post updates as soon as more information is known.
